The stars shown brightly in the sky as you were led into the forest, but unfortunately not brightly enough to see any kind of path in front of you. In fact, it felt as if there was no path at all. Bushes and small trees snagged on your pants and the soft dirt felt slightly moist under bare feet. The mysterious stranger who had kidnapped you did not speak, but you could occasionally hear his steady breathing behind you. A small root on the ground caught your foot and caused you to fall to the ground. Your face met a patch of mud and drenched your clothing. “Get up!” the voice behind you hissed. In an attempt to get up, you just caught your pants on another muddy root which brought you back down to the ground. Suddenly two hands reached down and  picked you up in inhuman strength and set you up on your feet. The whole right side of your body was plastered in a deep brown mud. With a wave of his hand, a green mist encircled your clothes and when it passed, you where dressed in soft clothing different from your previous outfit. You were suddenly wearing black leather pant that sat loosely but comfortably on your legs. A soft white tunic was on your body with a deep brown leather jacket somewhat similar to the man’s but shorter than full length on top.  On your feet you had leather boots that felt molded to your feet, as if you had been wearing them for a long time. “Is that better pet?” He purred. You averted his gaze and looked down to the ground.

You had already been tromping through the forest with this… person…. for a while now, or maybe it was only ten minutes. You where not sure. There seemed to be no sense of time, perhaps you have been stumbling forward into the trees for over two hours. The thought occurred to you that if this guy wanted to kill you it would most likely have killed you already. You craned your head around to see if you can get a better look at who was your abductor. Faint moonlight shown down on his face. It was actually quite handsome, with high  cheekbones and a slight smirk on his lips. Although his face was fair to look upon, you noticed that it carried a hint of weariness and there was a fresh cut on his right cheek slowly seeping blood. Under his eyes you saw dark circles, as if he had been exhausted after being in a fight.   His Raven black shoulder length hair was slicked back. Taking a quick glance at his clothes, you where slightly surprised to see lots of leather and some kind of light armor adorning one of his shoulders and his forearms over top an outfit of green and black. It looked like something someone would wear to a comic convention, yet somehow modernized and sleek. His whole aura gave off a sense power and slyness.

“Take me back at once!” you demanded. “I don’t think so.” He replied and prodded your back and motioned for you to keep walking.  Up ahead in front of you the trees parted to reveal a shimmering circular portal. You could see the inside somewhat faintly but it appears as if it was day light there.
You shook your head in confusion. “I want to know exactly what is going on!” you snapped. “I just had enough of this game! Tell me, where are you taking me?” You turned to face your abductor. You though you noticed a flicker of anger, or maybe it was sadness cross his face. His lips pressed together in disapproval. “I’m rescuing you.” He simply replied. His gaze burning into your eyes. You averted his gaze and immediately pinched yourself. “Ouch!” you exclaimed. This was definitely not a dream.

He pushed you forward into the portal and followed in behind you. As you stepped through, it felt as if a warm blanket of water went right through you and left a temporary tingling inside your body. You stepped through onto soft green grass  and met a strangely darker blue sky. Your eyes widened in amazement. As you and your abductor stepped forward and the portal blinked out of existence. You looked out in front. There was nothing but rolling hills covered in the same grass for as far as the eye could see with a few sparse trees dotting the landscape. These trees barely resembled those on earth because they where shorter and had  diamond shaped leaves adorning every branch and twig.  In the sky was two suns both relatively close together but both small in size so that the two of them would add up to be about the same as earth’s sun. You turned and asked: “What is your name?” “Who are you and why did you take me away from my home?” You gazed at him with your pleading eyes. “I am Loki, the rightful king of Asgard.” He exclaimed with pride. “I rescued you away from those vile creatures who called themselves S.H.I.E.L.D. Who wrongly took you in, and brainwashed you to forget what you are capable of. They Isolated you and left you to live the same exact day over and over again in their facilities.” You stared at him in confusion. “What do you mean by S.H.I.E.L.D? I have lived in (y/town) for as long as I could remember.” You stammered. He stared at you with his icy cold eyes. “That is the truth.” He stated simply. “And what am I capable of?” You chimed in after him. “S.H.I.E.L.D had realized you might be capable of doing more things of great power than  normal human beings. Those weak pathetic scum had no idea what they where doing when they kept on brainwashing you.” Many thoughts raced through your head before you where able to do anything, a wave of exhaustion swept over you and you collapsed to the ground and blacked out.
